I have a KD-55AG9 which keeps loosing ITV Hub while watching. When it looses it it says something went wrong try again later or it asks me to sign in and gets into a muddle. Has anybody else had this problem or is it a problem with the TV which is only a month old.

Are you running the latest software on your TV?
Is the network connection OK? Maybe run a network diagnosis.
