My Netflix app crashes whilst watching programmes on my new Sony a90j. I'm trying to attempt a factory reset but can't find the option.
I can't see it in settings, home or anywhere.
Any ideas?

What's the full model number you have? Also, are you on the latest software version (v6.3628)?

I also find the picture is not as clear as my 9 yr old Sony Bravia which was replaced with this one costing 3.5k, supposed to be Sony's best and clearest TV ever.
It's as if the ariel signal isn't strong enough but have the same ariel and booster as before.
Have you tried clearing the cached data (under Device Preferences - Storage - Internal Shared Storage - Cached data) then restart by holding power?
Hi, yes tried that thanks. Netflix support has advised I contact Sony Support so I'm trying to build my energy to make the call!
Sony accessed my TV and performed a factory reset which has solved the Netflix issue.
I still don't know how to do it myself from the tv settings as Sony didn't even know!
Apparently the method has changed for this new model and they aren't aware of how I would do it.
