No BBC text service KD43XH8196

Brand new TV. Updates all loaded. Tuned in.  No BBC text or red button service! I know its still there as on old Sony TV. Please tell me what I need to do. Thanks.

Try removing the aerial cable from the TV, perform Digital Auto Tuning (no channels will be found obviously but that's ok), then reconnect aerial and tune again.

    sorry my tv is ag9 55 inch model. I did try removing the aerial etc but that did not work. my other older models still have the bbc text service
