Remote control question
Hi all. I have a Sony Bravia TV model KDL-50W809 (cant remember the rest ! ) and the remote control is model number RMT-TX100D. My question is, when searching youtube etc, how do I change the remote control keypad to type letters instead of numbers ?

You cannot, but you have several alternative:
- you may use the app TV&video Sideview on iphone/android smartphone and use its remote keyboard to enter whatever you want anywhere
- you may cast from youtube on a smartphone (where you can select the video(s) you want to watch directly to your Tv
- you may connect an usb/BT keyboard to your TV
The app TV&Video sideview (only for android) can be used also to enter voice command in your search.

In the top row of the app on the right corner you have an icon for remote emulators. If you tap it you can choose between 3 different type of remote (standard, touchpad and mosue) and a keyboard. In any case whenever it detects that the TV required a string input, the keyboard should pop-up automatically.
