sony kd55xd8599 amazon streaming
been having trouble with amazon app,when selecting a program to watch i am only getting sound, no picture.sometimes works after exiting app and reconnecting.
tonight all i got were green bars on the screen,and could not get back to main tv thru virgin tivo box.had to power down tv to resolve
anybody else having these issues
any fixes or is it just the android system being buggy ?

I find that if you press the [HOME] button on the remote control, you can normally get to where you want after that, when things 'play up'

I'm having a similar problem with amazon it seems to be only at starup of the app once you get it working ie picture and sound then its OK . This problem has only started the last two weeks for mebefore no problems and Netflix is not affected it works perfectly.

21/03/2018 - Appears to be doing the same again after a while of being ok. What's happening please?
