I turned on my Sony 55A1 for the first time, its connected only to power and wifi. After 10minuted of watching Netflix, the speakers started emitting static; the static got worse then the TV turned itself off and started flashing a red system error light. I unplugged the TV for 10minutes and then turned it back on. After a few minutes of viewing static could be heard and the TV turned itself off.
As the TV is still in the Warranty period, How do I claim a refund or replacement?
