Hi my tv keeps randomly turning itself on at different times during the night -I tried disabling the chrome cast as suggested by someone on here but it still turned itself on again ?

Could you let us know the model number of your TV and the software version you have on it so we can try to help out?

Hi it’s a KD-49XE8396 and version 8.0.0 hope this helps

Hi I do update it -I will try again -the last time I tried it told me it had the latest version ! I just want to stop having to get up in the night to turn it off 🙁
