XBR-65x850c: YouTube works fine BUT for all other apps (Netflix, Hulu) color is saturated white
Like the title says...YouTube works fine. All other applications have extreme white saturation, completely unwatchable. I've run diagnostics, spoken with Sony help, factory restarted 20 times but still no answers. I would accept that something is broken if all apps didn't work, but that's not the case. Diagnostics come back fine, still pictures are fine, all YouTube videos are fine. Any recommendations, please help.

Hi Sean MC,
Yes, during my calls with Sony they confirmed I had latest firmware. Here's a picture of what the screen looks like on Amazon Prime Video. I've also tried re-installing the firmware via USB, but tv is not responding to the USB stick. Any trick there?

Welcome to our community!
It seems to be an odd one indeed and I believe it should be investigated further by Sony support. I also noticed that this is an American model so I'd recommend getting in contact with Sony support there.
One thing you can do until then is to make sure your TV has the latest version of the apps that have the issue and maybe try to uninstall them or their updates then re-install them.
