XD7005 video stops when switching to a Dolby Digital Plus sound channel
Hi,
I'm using a 55XD7005 with a HT-XF9000 connected through HDMI3 (ARC) via High Speed HDMI cable.
The problem is, when I'm playing a movie through the built-in Video app and switching to a DD+ audio source, the video playback is stopped with no sound or picture at all.
The problem came first with the latest available firmware update.
Please advice!

Hi,
I tried without the Soundbar and the same happened. The video stops playing when swithcing aoudio to DD+.
Looks like the previous TV update broke the DTS, but the DD+ was working and with the latest update fixed the DTS but broke the DD+.

Hi Rinysti,
Have you tried clearing the cached data?
Press Home - Settings - Storage and reset - Internal storage - Clear cached data - Yes.
