Update problem .. please help me .

Hello ,

i was updating my xperia c3 yesterday and lights went out , when i tried to open the phone buy i got that message :

"software update failed, make sure the phone is connected to the computer and try again." 

and cant do anything . 

please help me quicley .

Before connecting the phone, try holding the off button next to the SIM card for a few seconds, don't try to start the phone, hold volume down and connect it while at the step in PC Companion that you posted.

I downoled update from softwere and my device is reset but softwere write cant inistall updete
i have free storege
