Hello there.
I have a Sony Handycam IP, model number DCR-IP7E and I am looking to transfer all my tapes onto my PC and upload to cloud storage.
I have downloaded Play Memories but when I connect the camera it is not recognised.
I have used a firewire to USB cable and a mini USB cable but neither are recognised.
Can you please give me advice how to transfer the taped to digital format?
HELP!!!!!!
