Sonny earbuds

Hello team Sony .. i have problem with my sorry earbuds. Since few days new update came and now my left earbud drains charge in few minutes

I'm living in germany.so it's really annoying me. What should I do ? 

Because the company brought new update which killed my earbuds. So they have to solve this please
