X800 M2 has no bitstream output that can be read on the Samsung Q990d eARC Input

Good evening,

i have been trying for 3 hours now to connect my soundbar Samsung Q990D to my Sony UBP X800 M2. To get the Dolby Atmos working, I connected the eARC HDMI input of the soundbar to the audio HDMI 2 output of the X800 M2. In the Audio Settings, I set:

- BD secondary audio to Off

- Digital audio output to Auto

However, no sound is coming from the soundbar. Where is the problem? Considering that the X800 M2 has a Dolby Atmos feature, it should not be a rocket science…
