Problems with bdv-e2100

Hi,

I bought blue ray player bdv-e2100

i have some problem

1. I can not play video with subtitles over DLNA server. All i can get is only video without subtitles?

2. If i try to play video from USB ti work well with subtitles but never video has show on full screen on tv (up and down is some black parts) i have try to modifiy aspect ratio bit nothing happens?

do you have some soluttion for this problems?

Hello.

Try as follows:

1. WHEN THE VIDEO/MOVIE IS PLAYING (NOT ON PAUSE) click options>subtitles on your remote and see if there is the possibility to enable them.

2. What is happening is perfectly normal, as the ratio of the video is different form your tv's. however, if you wish to change the aspect ratio (i wouldn't do it because all will seem deformed) try to do it from the TV options and not the player options
