A few weeks ago I started to be unable to unlock my phone, the screen vibrates but it is blank, when I finally get it on there are lines across the screen and it is really slow. Carphone Warehouse sent it back to Sony to be repaired, I picked it up today and all it said had been done was a software update!!! which I could have done myself. I charged it turned it on and suprise suprise still a blank screen!! So I went a week without it and it is still broken!! I'm unwilling to send it back again as this happened with on of my previous phones, it was resetting all the time, was sent in for repair 3 times and each time came back still broken!! In the end I had to buy a new phone. The paperwork which has come back with my phone says it has all been tested but it can't have been as it doesn't work!!
