cannot change ringtones

I've bought the tipo dual and so far, it does everything I need. But, as mentioned on the sony website, I cannot select different ringtones for each SIM card.

I've tested it, but I cannot change any kind of tone. No ringtons for specific SIM, no personal rington.

It always shows and plays the "Xperia" ringtone.

What is wrong?

Problem Solved!

I decided, to reset the configuration.

To reset the "factory setting" was not neccessary.

And now it's working fine.

How exactly do you "reset the configuration"?

Can you describe the steps?
