f those games comes with the phone when buying then you'll have to ROOT and delete, and if it was stored in your phone's memory then it'll allow an extra memory in your device

That involves downgrading my software and rooting, but I'm pretty sure I can access my internal storage from my pc or an app, can't I just delete the apps there?

Okay so I rooted it, and I can't install a custom rom. Should I ask this here or somewhere else?

you need to install xparts from play store and install cwm then copy ROM to your SD card and install from recovery, some ROM require unlock bootloader so read steps carefully before installing
