How do you reject call with a text message?

I set it all up with customised text message.

When the call comes in, i saw a small line at the bottom of the screen " reject call with text message"

But i am unable to pull it up and select the message i wanted to use to reject the call.

Can anyone helps?

What happeneds when you try to pull up the menu with the different messages when a call comes in?

What version of software and what build no does your phone run on? If your not sure please check by going into Settings - About phone.

Now i know WHY!

You have to drag it up all the way with your finger on the display. Don't remove the finger until the reject call menu is fully displayed. Release and teh menu stays and you can select the message.

A"swosh" will not put up the MENU permanently. The menu just falls right back.

This should be improve.
