Sony Xperia Go RAM Specs Inaccurate

Why is it that Sony Xperia Go does not display the correct RAM Memory? In the Sony Xperia Go whitepaper, it specifies that the RAM Memory is 512MB. But in my Sony Xperia Go smartphone, it only shows 314MB. Based on the Applications -> Running Services, 140MB Used and 174 Free.

Can you provide me with the explanation on why is it that Sony did not specify the correct RAM Memory in their specifications? Why did they just made an approximation of the RAM Memory which had a big difference of 198MB.

Please enlighten the minds of the Sony Xperia Go users Sony Mobile!!!
