how to downgrade to gingerbread

Hi all , Iam using sola with ICS. As I didnt find any further support for this model, i want to downgrade this to previous gingerbread. i dont have any warranty, so how can i downgrade? please help..

Use a flashtool and manually install gingerbread

1) take your phone to a sony repair center

or

2) use flashtool
