How to send an image via Bluetooth on Xperia S?

Sorry for yet another probably obvious question, but I cannot see any way to bluetooth an image to another device or to my desktop Mac? Normally when I view an image in any other phone, there is a menu with an option to 'send via...' message / bluetooth / MMS, etc. But I'm clicking on the image, then settings (bottom right-hand corner) - & there's no option to send the image via any method at all. I've blutoothed several images TO the phone, but this is the first time I've tried from the phone, & as with many other things, it doesn't seem to be clear.... (& yes, I have the bluetooth switched on).

if that does not work, consider downloading a file manager

Thanks - but there is no 'share' option! The only menu options when an image is selected are:

slide show

edit photo

crop

use as

rotate left

rotate right

Please can you tell me how to download a file manager? But honestly I find it a bit incredible that I have to download things to help me perform what is a competely basic function of any phone! What is the matter with Sony? They seem to have eliminated a large number of the simple functions that are on all cheaper, 'non-smart' phones; I don't get it, & am really missing my rubbish old Nokia!

Thank you - this worked!! I would never have even guessed that this would be how to activate such a simple function; does Sony have people designing phones with a brief to hide as many of the most basic functions as possible / make it as difficult as possible to figure out how to use their phones...?!
