How to update Sola Xperia in South Africa! Help Please!

I am reading all over that there is a ICS 4 update for the sony xperia sola but when i plug my phone in to pc companion it says my phone has the latest software. Is the update available in SA? I am running Andriod 2.3.7 ans build number 6.0.B.3.184 at the moment, What is the latest available? Help would be greately appreciated, thanks!

Thank you, unfortunately my SI is not there yet, so imguessing they havent got around to my area yet? And im still new at doing it manually and stuff, how easy and safe is it? Thanks!
