How to use 'Throw on Device' function..??

Just wanna ask how to throw videos or pictures on other devices(eg. Bravia TV) using 'Throw on Device' function......

And when will be Jelly Bean upgrade available..??:smileyconfused:

these methods are too confusing.i will wait till march end and upgrade to JB using PC companion.
no need to install Bravia Engine 2.....engine 1 is satisfying.
