I tried to update my Xperia U and now i dont have Sistem

I plugged in my cellphone to install the last update and at the middle of the instalation pc companion sent me an error and now the phone shows a triangle with an exclamation and a cell phone and restart every minute What can i do?

try doing the update again... only thing you can do right now...
