A notice like this,
"Unfortunately, the process android.process.acore has stopped."
keeps popping out on my screen. And the application that I want to use don't open anymore. Most of my apps (facebook, tweetcaster, web browser, messaging, everything!) keeps force closing. I'm just lucky if I'm able to text anyone because if that notice comes out the app won't open. If this continues, I can't use my phone anymore. It's unfunctional! I reset my phone's software and it didn't work. PLEASE HELP!

Try this 2 ways:
1) get into setting
then manage applications
enter all applications that related to internet eg: gmail, twitter, facebook, our browser, etc and press on them and press the clear data button
2) On Gmail:
G1) backed up your contacts (Contacts > More options > Export)
G2) Restore your contacts from 1 week ago (Contacts > More options > Restore contacts...)
On Android
A1) disabled all contact sync options (Accounts and sync > Manage accounts)
A2) went to Applications > Manage Applications > All > Account and Sync Settings
A3) Stopped the service and deleted the cache
On Gmail
G3) Import backup contacts (Contacts > More options > Import)
On Android
A4) Enabled contact sync
First, if you can get into settings, go to you manage app and clear the cache in your contacts apk
Is your phone rooted?
