phone not switching on!

my xperia ray phone(running ics) is not switching on, when i switch on the phone first it shows "sony" then 'xperia" then for 3-4seconds blank screen then it again startups ie:again shows sony andjust repeats it not switching on ,i dont know what to do ,please HELP ME.
