Problem during Android update

I tried to update my Xperia sola using PC Companion. I started the update process but during the update there was a power cut and finally it said there was a problem updating your phone..The update process stopped in between and my phone shows an exclamation mark when switched on. I couldnt even connect it to PC comapanion again as it just shows a Sony Ericcson phone is connected. What do I do to recover my phone..?
