Hello,
I have a Sony Xperia Tipo for 2 months now and I got out the memory card because I didn't want to destroy the battery by making it lazy.
but it seems afterwards that I did this not knowingly that it should be safely removed.
my question is: must I buy a new memory card or is the mobile Phone ruined?
and If I should buy a new one, what would you recommend?
My Best Regards for the new year!

indeed it's quite odd, I'm glad you figured it out, there might be some issues with an app, you could repair your phone with SUS

what do you mean "destroy the battery by making it lazy"?
if you removed the SD card w/o safely removing it, it shouldn't harm your phone, it might harm some pictures, apps, etc on the SD card but not the phone.

well, if you reload your phone too much it will get lazy. lazy like being unloaded faster.
but my phone doesn't recognize the memory card anymore, so I wander.
oh I see, no it wont affect the battery. test your SD card on other phones

ahh good
thank you for your help.
I think I figured it out.
on my laptop I have VLC-player and I thought it might also be on anrdoid.
so I have the VLC app on my phone. now it detects he memory card with all content.
but still the phone itself doesn't see it, I think this is rather odd. but it works.
