where can i find the xperia flash tool download link and the ftf file for .75 build ??

Here's the FTF file for the .75 Update (It's the Generic World version though).

It should work fine. If it doesn't you can always repair your Phone using SUS.
It might not include the apps that your version right now has and might have some others.

Mind dialing the number '*#*#7378423#*#*' for me and then navigating to Service info > Software info?

Under Phone Software Version on the 2nd line what does it say?
Mine says GENERIC - user.

Also on the File System Version mine says WORLD_6.1.1.B.1.75 .

yes phone software version says GENERIC-user and the file system version says WORLD_6.1.8.1.54

it is the first time i am gona try to flash my firmware...any tips or key points while usingthe flashtool:)??

Sure, here's the how-to

1. Download the FTF file and place it in C:\Flashtool\firmwares.
2. Run Flashtool and select the Black lighting bolt from the upper left corner and pick the "Flashmode".
3. Click on the firmware you want to flash, make sure it is clicked. Beware, if you flash a wrong ftf file it might damage/brick the Phone. If there is another ftf file in the firmwares, navigate to C:\Flashtool\firmwares and delete it just in case.
4. Afterwards there are some checkboxes on the right. If you do wanna keep your data Untick the Wipe data. If you don't wanna keep your data just let it ticked.
5. The Wipe Cache should be ticked.
6. Don't exclude nothing. All the boxes under the "Exclude :"  should be unticked.
   Also the No final verification should be unticked.
7. Wait for the flashtool to prepare the firmware
8. Make sure you do have at least 20% - 30% battery backup in your Phone. Just in case if your Phone doesn't charge when the flashing is in progress.
9. Ignore the keys the flashtool says and do this.
10. 1 - Unplug the device if it is connected on the Computer.
    2 - Power off the device.
    3 - Press the Volume Down button and hold it.
    4 - While holding the Volume Down button plug the USB Cable on your Phone.
11. The flashing process should begin. Let the Volume Down button go. The Phone's LED should be red.
12. DO NOT unplug the device from the computer or close the flashtool. Let everything as it is just in case and wait. It does take a bit to install the firmware.
13. The flashing process should finish sometime. Disconnect the Device only when the Flashtool says to.
