Where is 3D Camera ?

when my phone android 2.3.7 , 3d camera in menu , but I upgrade android 4.0.4 and no 3d camera in menu , pls help.

Its inclded in main Camera app. In the left top side of camera, tap there and you can see 3D Sweep Camera and 3D Sweep Multi Angle.

Thats the 3D Camera!
