Just updated.
Noticed the Power Control Widget does not seem to be available now.
Really liked that widget.
Use this Power Control app
it does exactly the same but you get to customize it

Uliwooly,
Maybe I missunderstand you but I´m a little confuse - the picture of the Backup & resore app above is from X10 and is not included in the Arc. Please can you explain how you can use it in the Arc - I dont understand your instruction. More than you have to get IO File manager. Thanks!
i
no problem
You have to download the APK/App/File from Megaupload, then transfer it to your SD card, use the File manager to find the file and install it
Make sure you backup everything using the Backup & Restore app
if you need the app you can use this link instead to download the apk
http://www.megaupload.com/?d=I5CJUPJV
How to install it
You need to
go to settings -> applications -> check unknown sources
download IO File Manager
https://market.android.com/details?id=org.openintents.filemanager&feature=search_result
download the backup & restore app, transfer it to your SD card, use OI file manager to find it -> tap on it -> install it
This is a great video (I know its for the X10 but its pretty much the same process)
