New phone died and now wont charge or turn on no led light or anything tried the vol up and power on for 8 seconds did not work anyone have any ideas of the problem or should i just send it back only had it 2 months

If you get nothing out of it at all and have tried leaving it on charge for at least a few hours then I would advise returning the handset.

Sent it back today for repair
