Xperia T Indicator Lights

Is there an option to have an indicator light flashing when the phone is on standby whenever I receive a text message or missed call. This is a very useful function on both my previous Nokia and Blackberry phone, but so far all I have been able to get is an audible indicator as the action is received. Anyone able to help?

There's no option on the phone,

but install this from Play Store.

You can adjust flashing screen, sound or vibration.

Even how often and duration.

It wont work fully if you have Extended Battery Mode turned on,

but that doesn't seem to save much battery anyway.
