Xperia U Update 4.0.4 Stopped Wi-Fi Hotspot

I just upgraded to 4.0.4 with new build 6.1.1.B.54 and it started some problems.. Specially,

• Wi-Fi Hotspot No Longer works.. Laptop get connected with Phone Wi-Fi But NO internet access.
• Mobile Internet also Not sync many times.. have to manually hit Sync in Gmail, Facebook apps..

Any plan to Resolve this issues.. specially Wi-Fi Hotspot in next release? When?

Somehow it started working.. When I did,

Settings > Xperia > Internet Settings > Accept.. It downloaded Internet & MMS settings again and it started working.
