Having an issue with our Sony Bravia KDL-60W605B. the screen has started displaying small, but very noticable horizontal lines across the whole screen.
Cables/devices etc have all been checked and the Tv has been factory reset, but the lines still remain.
I have contacted Sony direct but so far no response. The Tv is 20 months old so the 1yr warranty has now expired.
Does anyone know what the nexts steps to take are ?

Hi there
Your issue appears to be a hardware fault - especially since you have already done some troubleshooting yourself. Unfortunately the only thing i can recommend is to take the TV to a repair Centre. Im sure Sony will probably advise the same,
