I just bought the 40" KDL40EX401 bundled with the UWA-BR100 wifi dongle and i have not got a clue how to set the thing up.

I see nothing in the menus on the TV that i can sort out any wireless information, I'm totally stumped.

Could someone please tell me how i get this thing to connect to the net?

I bought the TV on the understanding it was wifi compatible and now i see no way of getting online with it.

Any help would be most appreciated!

Thanks for the links, It looks like i have a faulty dongle, will be on the phone tomorrow to get a replacement.

Hi There,

Am i missing something, I have a KDL 40EX401 and i cant see any option for internet tv capabilities

there is no ethernet connection and no option under settings regarding set up for this type of thing

I was also told at the Sony Store the 401 model is not capable of internet tv.

Hope they are wrong and i can get it though as would be a good feature if i can set it up.

But this TV has no Internet capabilities so not quite sure why they would bundle a dongle with it.

Which store did you buy it from?
