sony are such a C**P brand to buy from , if you go to a sony store and ask for help , its like asking questions to a brick wall but isn't that what they get paid for to help ....completely helpless
Unfortunately I think you'll find your experience applies to most stores. If you want to get really cheesed off try asking for help in Tesco or if you really want a challenge try and find someone to help you in B+ Q!:smileyhappy:
