VPCL13M1E All in one PC

HI Guys

I could be in the wrong board here but can't find one for al-in-one pcs

I am upgrading the memory on the above PC from  4GIG to 8GIG

Also I am thinking about upgrading the processor which is an Intel E7500 Core 2 Duo

to an E8500 which is supposed (?!) to be compatible for the Intel P43 Express chipset

Has anybody done an upgrade to this model?

The memory should be OK as the specs say it will take up to 12GB.

I have not attempted the processor upgrade but the likleyhood of success appears to be 97% on this website:

I do wonder if a performance increase of 12% is worth the cost?
