backup transfer

Good day, i had a sony xperia z5 and it broke, it's unfixable. I have a backup of the xperia on my pc, is there a way to transfer it to a new phone? I cannot connect 2 phones together since the Z5 is dead, i've tried uploading the backup to google drive and accessing it from another phone but it won't read it. Thank you.

Hi, can you please share the backup file with me, because I've got a Z5 compact and hard reset it but I need the email and password of the previous owner and I don't have it
