my xperia z3 d6603 android v-4.4.4 is rooting status (bootloaderunlock allowed:no)

so how i unlock to allowed yes

I've done this but when I press "sim lock" they all end in 0 except network says 4 what does this mean please? If it means it's set to 4 networks how do I found which ones. Thank you
