Hello everyone. I can not record any voice on my device. My microphone works properly and I have no problem while calling but when I try to use Google assistant or any other software that needs to collect my voice it doesn't work and it shows an error which says "Sorry, Google stopped working". What should I do?

Thank you @Mohammad-rez for your quick reply!
Could there possibly be an update of the google app that has not been done? In order to check this, Open Play Store > Tap the three horizontal lines in the top left corner > Tap "My apps & games".
Another thing that you can try is to reboot your phone in safe mode. All apps downloaded from play store is temporarily deactivated while in safe mode and by doing this, you can see if this error message is caused by a downloaded app. For more information on safe mode and how to use it, click here.
Try this and let me know how it goes!
Hi @Mohammad-rez, let me see if I can help out here.
There is actually two microphones on your Xperia Z2, one located at the bottom which is used for calls and one at the top which is used for recording, calls on loudspeaker etc. To see where the microphones are located, see item 9 and 12 in this overview.
Have you been able to carry out a quick test of the microphones in order to see if the hardware works as intended? Find and tap Settings > Support > Xperia Tests > Microphone and speakers. Also, make sure that the microphones are not blocked by for example a protective case or dirt.
Another thing that you can try is to clear data for the Google app. This will reset all settings for the app which might get rid of the error message you mentioned. Find and tap Settings > Apps > Google > Storage > Manage storage > Clear all data.
Try these measures to start and let me know how it goes!
Hello again.
I ran those tests and my microphones were fine. I even clear Google's datas as you recommended. I even installed an recording app and that app works properly. But still when I want to voice search something or use Google assistant or do an speaking exercise on a language learning app it pops out and shows that error "Unfortunately, Google has stopped". Thank you for recommendations though.

Thank you very much. My Google app was updated but I uninstalled the last update and then updated it again, and that solved the problem. Thank you for your quick response and your recommendations.
I am glad that you managed to make it work again, @Mohammad-rez!
