I've tested the phone.
In diagnostics the sound is evenly balanced.
in service menu *#*#7378423#*#* left channel is very quiet.
when plays the music with player it's loud but only for 1 second and after left channel plays very quiet, right channel is normal.
but it's only when the phone warms up.
This is so weird.
