It's hard to pinpoint what the cause can be, but in some cases it can be related to the SIM- or SD-card. Have you tried to use the phone without the SIM-card to see if same thing happen?
Did you also try to boot the phone into safe mode?
Hi,
Did you restore any backup/installed any applications after you made the software repair? You can always boot the phone into safe mode to see if same thing happens.
Otherwise, remove your SIM- and/or SD-card and use the phone without these for a while to see if the phone reboots.

and after that my phone work good and dont be rebooting(restarting) so now i am scary to put my sim card into the my phone !
what should i to do ?
yes i booted my phone into safe mode and i dont see any problem there !
thanks !
If possible, I suggest that you try another SIM-card in your phone to see if the phone reboots with that card mounted. If it doesn't, a new SIM-card would be recommended which you can order from your operator.
thanks alot my problem solved...but i dont khow why this happen started with the sim card...
can you tell me more about this problem ?
SIM-cards can wear out over time, for example the connectors on it. Or your SIM-card was damaged in somehow.
