safe (and other) modes

When holding down combinatioms of buttons on androids  functions such as "safe mode" can be accessed.

I want to be prepared in case I activate one of these functions accidently. Also safe mode may help to uninstall a malfunctioning app.

Does anyone know the full list of functions that can be activated on the xperia z by holding down combinations of volume plus, minus and the power button ? Also how long do the buttons need to be held down for and what are the audible and visual indications?  I don't want to experiment with this unnecessarily!

Safe mode : Hold down volume down key upon booting.

Force restart- Press and hold the power button + Volume Up button for 5 seconds > ( 1 Vibration )

Force shutdown-Press and hold the power button + Volume Up button for 10 seconds > (3 Vibrations )
