My Sony Xperia Z3+ is suddenly frozen at the Sony Splash screen after a reboot.
I tried Software Update and Software Repair through Xperia Companion without succes.
Can I anybody suggest something else?
What did Xperia companion report back on attempt to repair?
Xperia Companion said Done. Please turn on your phone. It might take longer to start the first time.
But the phone still hangs in the splash screen. Will try and post screenshots.
Third time is the charm. Tried to install new software again, and now it worked!

I am facing same problem. I have tried repair option using xperia companion. didnt solve the problem.
what is the cause of this problem?
as per sony chat support i need to take phone to servcie centre.
how to avoid this issue in future?
