As the Subject says. My Xperia Z3 was submerged for about 5 minutes in less than a foot of water. It was charging at first then it began to Vibrate. The pattern goes as such: 1 Vibration (typical to indicate power charging) Then a Triple vibrate. At this point the phone's LED goes off. Now it will restart this process over and over until the phone is unplugged. Whilst submerged the phone's flaps were closed and were not opened. As far as damage is concerned this is a hairline crack in the backglass and part of the Bezel has began to peel away near the camera for unknown reasons. Again this damage is very slight and only someone who knows what the phone looks like new would even see it. Any help would be apperciated.

I'm sorry to see that, but you have to contact your local Xperia Care

Request a vacuum test.
The crack could be the cause of this water damage.

Then i presume my phone is no longer covered under the warrenty and im out 600 bucks.. WEEEE fun. There are moments when it DOES start charging which has me hopeful it will eventually dry out and begin operating.
Do not try to charge your phone after water damage, or try to use it at all untill its dry.
place it in uncooked rice for 1-3 days.
Thats what I did and mine works, except for the display, and i think thats because i also tried to turn it on and plug it in after the damage.
good luck
