Sony xperia Z3 unlock pattern

I couple months ago, I was trying to use  my old phone a xperia z3 but I couldn't remember the unlock pattern. I  tried to reset the pattern on the webpage but instead i blocked the phone instead. According to many i should be able to unlock it from or reset the phone from the webpage but is not working. No the screen is black just with a message and if you press the button you can make a phone call to the owner (my new phone). Does anyone know how can i fix this?. I went even to a sony store and they couldn't help me #sonyxperiaz3 #unlockpatter

You can't remove the screen lock using the Google service called Find my device, this has been removed.

The best way to reset the device is to perform a software repair using Xperia Companion. This will delete all data stored on the device and reinstall the latest available software for the device and in the same process, remove the screen lock on the device.
