sudden death by XperiaZL

Somebody please help and am a strong fan of sony xperia mobile. That went on to buy a new XperiaZL.

My phone is only a week old and I resetted it 3 times. Suddenly its not responding after wake-up.

What should I do? Should I show it to service center or replacement.

At first you should try repairing the phone software via PC Companion. If that doesn't help, you should send it to a service center.

Thank you samuel but what about warranty if I repair with PC companion.

Do you really think that a repair can fix the problem.What happened if I go to sony service center and demand for a replacement?

A software repair won't affect the warranty so I recommend you to try it.

Well, give them a call, the procedure of replacement units etc differs from country to country.

Thank you Samuel and I will follow that. By the time one more question about camera pixel size of XperiaZL. In the articles and commercials it was showing 13 mega pixels but mine showing only 12 megapixels. What can be the reason?

I guess you have activated the HDR-mode on the camera? When using HDR you can't use more then 12 m.pixel. Turn it off and you'll be able to use 13.
