Support for USB Battery Charging 1.2

Do you guys know if Sony Xperia Z5 supports USB Battery Charging 1.2 (BC 1.2) Specification.

I am trying to develop AOA protocol with a USB host driver capable of BC1.2 Spec. 

Seems like Z5 is not able to support BC1.2 under CDP mode. It works fine in SDP.

It would be great, if it's able to do so in the future firmware releases.

I have received information that it does support Battery Charging 1.2.
However, regarding what you are trying to do I am unfortunately unable to assist you.
