Hello, I had the following problem, yesterday I decided to update the smartphone software using a PC. I did everything according to the instructions: installed Xperia Companion, downloaded the software, charged the smartphone and connected it to the PC. After the software was practically downloaded to the phone, it crashed, I restarted the software installation and a window popped up asking me to unlock the phone, I picked up the phone and it doesn’t turn on anymore, I just didn’t try: Restore the software, reset it to factory settings, but all to no avail ... It does not even charge (the light at the top of the screen just blinks (and if you hold down the power button, the light will remain on continuously until the button is released)).
If you hold down the volume button (-) simultaneously with the power button: sony appears on the screen for a few seconds, after which the phone goes out again. If you hold down the volume button (+) simultaneously with the power button: the phone just vibrates several times but never turns on (the same thing happens if you just try to turn on the phone). Please tell me what to do? Is it possible to restore my smartphone?
